I have been with MTC for the past 10 years at least. I rarely had any problems with the company or the service, until recently!

Anyone who uses MTC these days must have noticed how shit the service has become! It started more than a month ago, when the network went down for a few hours. They said it was an error in the network and they gave everyone that Friday free supposedly. It has been a month since then and the network is still absolutely shit! I got more dropped calls and network problems in the past month than I did in my 10 years using MTC!

Everyone knows how MTC is expanding globally and they are entering more and more markets every day, and as Kuwaitis we are very proud of a local company turning international ….. but not if that means they forget about their local market which is now only a small portion of their total client base!!!

I have been threatening to switch to Wataniya for a while, and I think it will be done very soon, because the quality of service Im getting as an MTC customer is unacceptable! I have ben forced to make most calls more than once because of these network problems or whatever they are, and it has been going on for way too long!

I just wish our telecom companies here had the same option as the Saudi ones where you can keep the same number and switch! And since we mentioned Saudi telecom companies, why do they offer services that are alot more advanced than the basic stuff we have here?
