Sleeping pattern from hell!

I am currently having one of the worst days ever in terms of sleep!

I woke up Friday at around 1 pm …. and couldn’t sleep all night, and had alot of important things to do at work in the morning, so I just pulled an all-nighter for the first time since college, and went to work. Left work early at around 3 pm and went back home. Tried to stay up for a while and sleep as late as I could, but could only stay up till around 5:30 pm.

That would make me awake for 28 hours and a half!! That is probably the most Ive stayed awake ever.

I figured I will be dead tired and will wake up 12 hours or more later……but of course, no. I got up again at around 10:30! So after staying up for 28 hours and a half, I could only manage 5 hours of sleep!

This is very frustrating!

  1. I remember those days —- of college—–hell for you and hell for those around you…… cause all you could here were those “keys” typing away at 1am in the morning! ;-p

    i hate going to the clinic with no sleep
    akhaf i drill a hole to a mans brain!
    im seriously thinking of taking sleeping pills!

  3. try to turn of all the electronic devices in the room or try to change places

    if that didn’t work, drink more coffee, that will reverse your biological clock

  4. Man, at 5:30PM you should have had a cocktail and started animal partying till midnight, then hit the sack. That would have guaranteed a 7AM wake-up call, the next day. :p

  5. Its happening to me too!!! What is it? The change of weather or something? I get up at least every hour on the dot and I have to wake up at 6. It so tiring being soooo tired!

  7. Melatonin supplements worked best – in a short period of time – to reset my circadian rhythm. Not sure where’d you get them in Kuwait as I got them back in the day when I was abroad.

  8. i feel you.. i’m a little better than you at the current time, but it won’t be that long before i’m on the roller coaster again :P

  9. dude it a pian take a day off on wensday and try to have fun while you awake. then it dosen’t matter what time you wake up.
