OR ELSE" sirens or no sirens!

Please don't take my opinion seriously. When I heard the sirens today and later found out it was dismissed as a "technical error" I somehow thought it was a good "disorienting technique" for the country before tonight's planned "orange" demonstration in front of the N.A. - it's a tactic to remind people "Hey don't cause trouble...remember these sirens? We have exterior enemies. Maintain national unity." I have a very cynical mind. Please don’t take my opinion seriously.
