Shurouq, come to think of it, if u hear zubairi accent, they always say “maaho?” ya3ny moo?, so i guess it could come from ما هو? which i guess is another way of saying أليس كذلك?

‘Moo’ is also used in Syria and Lebanon and has the same meaning, moo?
But in Egypt, they wouldn’t settle for less than a “mosh kida walla eih yasmak eih?”

I got not clue what kho is but moo = no IMHO
to transilate your above example: the situation has been resolved, no?
I cant help but create a link between “moo” and how indians tend to suffix their questions with “no.”

إذاً أصلها لغة عربية فصحة ، “ما” للنفي و”هو” ضمير غائب ، بس اللهجة اختصرتهم بـ “مو” و”موب”

اثنى على كلام الاخ اللي قال ان خو و مو من كلام العراقيين و اذا مب غلطان اهل البصرة لان لهجتهم اقرب لي اهل الخليج تقريبا هذا و الله اعلم :)و صج بالنسبة لكلمة مير شوي غريبة بس اسمع ناس يستعملونها

Maybe ‘haw’ is like ‘how’ in English. I think the slang terms that you asked about (moo/kho) are originally Arabic bes bil Kwait yikhta9ron il kalimat. Sort of like a retarded/simplified version of the origin/base of the slang word.
