I think the drawing shows what is exactly happening. People are in a race to have as much as they can of that milk. After a while the only people who will be hurt and got nothing from that milk is the true normal Q80s who their families build that good country. What can we do other than a comment here, and there??? Give me an answer if u know????

It is simple .FOLLOW THE MONEY !! privities all the government service sectors(KAC, health , education..etc) , give it back to the people who will manage it better (Compare MTC and MOC).
Keep 50% of the oil income for the “Future Generations”and distribute the surpuls every year to the people.
Charge income tax to pay for the Government exp.
When the Government have no extra money nor ways to spend the money , NO MONEY will be stolen!!
Simple , Very simple !!

Where is the meat
Do u think privatization is the answer. Everything will go to 2 or 3 families while most of the Q80s which I am one of them, who don’t have money to buy stocks in those companies will be poorer because by then everything will be more expensive and a tax will be forced on us. What u have said goes in countries that the whole population have equal chances in the market.

Privatize by distributing all the shares evenly to every Kuwaiti , free of charge , with a hold period up to 3 years. The value of those government sectors in the Government books is penuets. and it presently cost the state hundreds of millions every year to run.
Income tax should be for the high net worth persons.
This method was successful , check MTC , Warehouse co, etc.
MTC for example is now owned by over 50,000 happy Kuwaiti families , with better management and better service.
Trust me on this one !!
