On a lighter note…
US President George Bush wrote this note to his Secretary of State, Condoleezza Rice, during a UN meeting.
It read: “I think I may need a bathroom break? Is this possible?”
The guy who should be able to make big decisions like going into war or something similar, has to ask his Secretary of State for permission to go the toilet! LOL!

على عيني وراسي..
أنا بس توقعت إنها مثل الحوادث الثانية اللي بعضها تكون مو صج مثل اللي يبون ينشهرون أو مثل صورة الجندي الامريكي اللي واقف يم طفل عراقي..والطفل ماسك لوحة كرتون..وكل من حط التعليق اللي يبيه بهالصورة..

Hi..
This is actually a mandatory procedure. The chairs (lol as in leaders) of the meetings that presidents attend (such as UN and stuff) make them all inferior to the Secretary Gen. and Co. He needs approval to go to the bathroom and permission to speak. He also has limited time to speak alotted by the Sec., or however you spell alotted. If he as much as gets up or speaks out of turn, he gets a warning, and guess how that looks on his country’s record?
