Is it just me or does this sound weird to anyone else??
Saw this in a bathroom in the airport in Istanbul from my last trip. I have a feeling I’m missing something….?!

i guess the first flush it to actually flush and the 2nd one to re-use that flushed water (yet3aqam) and thats why i think there is the save water sentince:)
