That is a quote from a man who slit his daughter’s neck in front of her younger brothers. They ran away and called their uncle, and when he got caught, that is what he said. This story is beyond belief! The guy works at Al-Awqaf ministry, and belongs to جماعة التكفير و الهجرة. He was jailed for a year and a half in Saudi for his terrorist beliefs, and now he works at Al-Awqaf, comforting though, no??

So he comes back from Hajj, and goes straight to the house and kills his daughter. In Kuwait Times it says that he claims she was a prostitute, but doesnt say that in AlQabas. Now let me get this straight, the man suspects his THIRTEEN year old daughter of prostitution, so he comes home, ties her up (she was laughing thinking he was playing around with his daughter), then calls her younger brothers, tells her to titshahad and that she will be going to heaven, points her head towards Mecca, starts cutting her throat while she’s begging him to stop.
So everytime he suspects something he will act without thinking?? Lets say for his argument’s sake that he was right and that she was doing what he claimed….does that give him the right to kill her seeda!?! Even more importantly, wouldnt he blame himself for being such a wonderful father, jailed for a year and half for his extremist beliefs, leaving his young daughter with no father figure or someone to look up to?!?

I woke up with a headache and upset stomach, left the house and saw the ugly ugly ugly weather and got depressed, and now Im on my second mug of coffee at work and dont feel any better….

So I was at a family gathering for Eid, and for a while, I was the only guy in the room with 5 women from different generations from the family. For at least 10 mins, there was nothing said, and all the women were glued to the tv watching Star Academy, the 24 hour channel.
I despise that show more than anything else on tv. Actually I might say id rather watch paint slowly dry off any wall than watch these kids arguing and screaming all the time.
Anyway, as I was fiddling with my phone trying to waste time while the women were enchanted by the charm an magnetism of Star Academy, something popped up in my head! The whole situation was eerily similar to something I read in Ray Bradbury’s excellent classic Fahrenheit 451.
In the book, the main character’s wife, Mildred, is obsessed with what she calls “the parlour”, which is basically a room of big screens as walls, where she watches people and people’s lives, there is nothing more than their living rooms and daily life on screen. Mildred reaches the point where she calls them “her family”.
Now, at that moment where I was surrounded by my family, with them not talking to each other, but instead staring at a tv screen to watch people sitting down in their own living room and talking about absolutely nothing important!
Its funny how a book written more than half a century ago can be so accurate about our social life now.
P.S. - Its an excellent book for many reasons, its one of those all-time classics, but is also a short and powerful read. Anyone could go on for hours talking about similarities of the book with modern day world.

مدرسون ملتزمون مع «التكفير»
يتابعون «الطلبة المستهدفين» داخل مدارسهم!
اربع مراحل لغسل ادمغة الشباب لتهيئتهم للجهاد والتطرف والسيطرة عليهم.
هذا ما اكدته مصادر مطلعة لـ«القبس»، هذه المراحل الخطرة التي تبدأ باصطياد الاطفال في مرحلة 12 عاما.
وقالت ان المرحلة الاولى تكون بقيادة عدد من «الكشافين» وبينهم مدرسون، حيث يتوجهون إلى المساجد لدعوة صغار المصلين إلى انشطتهم ومنها لعب الكرة والتنافس على البطولات وتوزيع الجوائز عليهم.
وقالت «ان الامر يتدرج بعد ذلك الى الدعوة لإقامة مخيم ربيعي فيه انشطة ثقافية ورياضية وفكرية وندوات واستضافة المشايخ».
وبينت المصادر أن هذه المرحلة تتخللها ايضا مساعدة الحدث ماديا ودراسيا وابداء الاهتمام فيه عن طريق زيارته للمنزل والسؤال عن حاله وتقديم المساعدات المالية والعينية اذا ما استدعى الامر، ناهيك عن ان الحدث يظل مراقبا في المدرسة من مدرس تابع للجماعة او بعض التلاميذ الاقدم منه في التنظيم حتى لا يتعرض لأصدقاء السوء، بحسب رؤيتهم، ثم يتراجع او «يفتر» كما يطلقون عليه ويبتعد عن طريق الجماعة.
واضافت المصادر أن المرحلة الثانية من عملية التجنيد وغسل المخ تبدأ في الفئة العمرية التي تقع من 15 الى 18 عاما، حيث تبدأ في هذه المرحلة الدروس الدينية التوعوية التي تبدأ من خلالها عملية غسل الدماغ، حيث يتم الحديث فيها عن المفاسد الموجودة في المجتمع مثل تبرج النساء ومخالطتهن للرجال في عدة مجالات واقامة الحفلات ووجود معابد لليهود والنصارى على ارض المسلمين وعدم المقدرة على ضبط ودحر هذه المفاسد، مشيرا الى ان زعماء الفكر التكفيري يطلبون من هؤلاء الشباب خلال هذه المرحلة بنشر الافكار التكفيرية في المجتمع ويحرضونهم على عدم الانخراط في الجامعات والمعاهد المختلطة والاستعاضة عنها بالجامعات الاسلامية في الدول الخليجية او باكستان.
وذكر المصدر أن المرحلة الثالثة، وهي الاهم بالنسبة لزعماء الفكر التكفيري، تتمثل في زرع الافكار التخريبية والاستشهادية وتكفير المجتمع وأولي الامر وتحريم التعامل معهم والامتثال لأوامر قادة الجماعة والاستعداد الذهني والبدني لتلقي الاوامر بتنفيذ اي عمل يطلب منهم.
وذكرت المصادر أن المرحلة الرابعة التي يبدأ فيها تدريب الشباب على استخدام السلاح تحت حجة اقامة مسابقات الرماية، وعادة ما يكون ذلك في مناطق برية بعيدة، ويتخللها ايضا تدريب على صنع القنابل المحلية وكيفية استخدام القنابل اليدوية وكيفية تفخيخ المركبات والطرق المثلى للتخفي اذا ما دعت الحاجة الى ذلك.
واشار المصدر الى ان المرحلة الرابعة تتضمن ايضا عرض اشرطة تسجيلية لعمليات نفذت من قبل الجماعة في دول مختلفة وفي معارك مختلفة، كما يتم عرض وصايا منفذي هذه الهجمات ويشرح لهم عن الكرامات التي احاطت بهؤلاء المجاهدين، مثال على ذلك ان يريهم صورة احد المنفذين مبتسما وهو متوفى، او صورة منفذ آخر يفجر سيارة من دون ان يتقطع جسده.
وبينت المصادر ان قادة الجماعة يحرصون كل الحرص على عرض وصايا ورسائل اسامة بن لادن التي عادة ما تبث الحماس في نفوسهم وتدفعهم الى القيام بأي اعمال تناط إليهم.

تجربة قيادي من داخل «أهل الكهف»

يطلق عليهم في الاصل «جماعة المسلمين» لكن اجهزة الإعلام تشير اليهم باسم «جماعة التكفير والهجرة»، وأحياناً «أهل الكهف».
والكتاب الذي نعرض إليه «ذكرياتي مع التكفير والهجرة» لعبدالرحمن أبو الخير، الذي أهدانا إياه الدكتور يعقوب يوسف الغنيم بمناسبة ظهور هذه الجماعة في الكويت، هو عبارة عن تجربة عضو الجماعة الذي وصل الى مكانة مقربة من القيادة، ويكن كل الحب لشكري مصطفى، زامله في سجن «ليمان طرة» السياسي، وبايعه على السمع والطاعة، كما عايش «الجماعة» محنتها بخطف الشيخ حسين الذهبي وزير الأوقاف ومقتله.. لذلك فالكاتب أصدق تعبيراً في روايته لمناهج هذه الجماعة وللوقائع التي ينقلها..
فكر هؤلاء يقوم على ان كل المجتمعات القائمة مجتمعات جاهلة وكافرة قطعاً والمسلم من وجهة نظرهم الذي يفارق «جماعة المسلمين» كافر.. والمعصية في اعتقادهم كفر، والانتماء لهم شرط في الإيمان.
يذكر ان شكري مصطفى حكم عليه بالاعدام في مصر لخطفه الشيخ الدكتور الذهبي وقتله، وهو زعيم جماعة «التكفير والهجرة» في مصر.
يعترف عبدالرحمن أبو الخير ان الأخ شكري صانع أكبر مأساة في تاريخ الحركة الإسلامية، فقد بنى حركته على مبدأ فاسد وهو «العمل من خلال خطة العدو».
ويسرد قصته مع الجماعة في لحظة مبايعته «للأخ شكري» في يونيو 1976 الى الولوج في افكاره وتسخير الجماعة في ضرب الحركات الإسلامية، ثم قتال المرتدين ومرحلة اجهاض الجماعة الى الاعتكاف الذي فرضته الجماعة على نفسها، الى الزواج الغريب وبلقيس الحركة الإسلامية، ومنع الصلاة على شهداء الحركة الإسلامية وأسلوب الجماعة واتهام الإخوان المسلمين بالخيانة العظمى، اولئك الذين أسلموهم لجلاديهم والمشانق والسجون. وفي فصل بعنوان «فقدان الوعي ولعبة قتل الذهبي» يقول: «ان لعبة خطف وقتل الدكتور الذهبي التي أعد لها الشيخ شكري الشقق المفروشة، وخبأ أمرها عني وعمن يحبونه، قد وضعت عنق الشيخ شكري نفسه على حافة حبل المشنقة، وسجنت النساء والرجال وأهانت الجميع، بل وأدت الدعوة، ووأدت بلاغ الحق المرتكز على الكفر والإيمان، وعوقت الجماعة المسلمة التي نشأت في محض التوكل على الله، وانتكست في محض حلق اللحى، واحلال فلسفة الحركة البشرية محل الحركة الربانية في الحركة الاسلامية، محض تأسيس اخلاق القيادة على كتاب الامير لميكيافيللي الذي تربى عليه كل الساسة في العالم، محل الخلق النبوي والسياسة الربانية وسنن الله الثابتة في امرة الناس».
الاهمال
لقد اصر الشيخ شكري على اهمال التاريخ الاسلامي، واعتبار عصور الفقهاء منذ القرن الرابع للهجرة حتى نهاية الخلافة العثمانية عصور كفر وشرك وعبادة لصنم التقليد، مما اوقعه في تصادم مع امر الله تبارك وتعالى «تلك امة قد خلت لها ما كسبت ولكم ما كسبتم ولا تسألون عما كانوا يعملون».
وفي نهاية الكتاب يورد اللحظات الحاسمة بتنفيذ حكم الاعدام في قتلة الدكتور الذهبي يوم 30 مارس 1978 ولكن من المفيد قبل هذا العرض ايراد بعض الافكار التي آمنت بها الجماعة وزعيمها شكري.
1- ان كل المجتمعات القائمة مجتمعات جاهلة وكافرة قطعا.
2- رفض كل ما يأخذون من اقوال الائمة والاجماع وسائر ما تسميه الاصنام الاخرى كالقياس.
3- الالتزام بجماعة المسلمين ركن اساسي كي يكون المسلم مسلما، ورفض ما ابتدعوه من تقاليد وما رخصوا لانفسهم فيه وقد اسلموا امرهم الى الطاغوت وهو الحكم بغير ما انزل الله.
4- المسلم الذي يفارق جماعة المسلمين كافر.
5- الاسلام الحق هو الذي تتبناه «جماعة المسلمين». اما المشهد العام في آخر يوم في حياة «الجماعة» فقد كان كما نقلته جريدة «الاخبار» عام 1978 بالشكل التالي: «تم تنفيذ حكم الاعدام شنقا بسجن الاستئناف بالقاهرة في خمسة من قيادات جماعة التكفير والهجرة الذين خطفوا ونفذوا عملية خطف واغتيال الشهيد المرحوم الدكتور محمد حسين الذهبي وزير الاوقاف السابق، وهم.. شكري احمد مصطفى، واحمد طارق عبدالعليم، وانور مأمون صقر، وماهر عبدالعزيز بكري، ومصطفى عبدالمقصود غازي.
وقد تلا منطوق الحكم والتهم الموجهة الى كل من المتهمين الخمسة، مأمور سجن الاستئناف، وحضر تنفيذ الحكم ممثلو النيابة العسكرية والنيابة العامة والطب الشرعي ومصلحة السجون.
وبدأ التنفيذ اولا بالمتهم شكري احمد مصطفى، ثم المتهم ماهر عبدالعزيز بكري، ثم المتهم احمد طارق عبدالعليم، ثم المتهم انور مأمون صقر، ثم المتهم مصطفى عبدالمقصود غازي.
وقد خيم على المتهمين الخمسة وجوم شديد فور سماعهم بالحكم، وكان اكثرهم انهيارا المتهم الاول شكري احمد مصطفى الذي تمتم بكلمات غير مفهومة وبصوت منخفض، وكان زائع العينين قليل الكلام. استمر نبض المتهمين عقب تنفيذ الحكم فيهم من ثلاث الى خمس دقائق.
وكانت المحكمة العسكرية العليا قد اصدرت حكمها باعدام المتهمين الخمسة بعد محاكمة علنية في 30 نوفمبر 1977- وتصدق على الحكم - لقيامهم بالتخطيط والاعداد والتنفيذ لاغتيال الشهيد الدكتور محمد حسين الذهبي وزير الاوقاف السابق واحد علماء المسلمين في اوائل شهر يوليو 1977، وقد قام المتهمون باختطافه اثناء وجوده بين افراد اسرته في ساعة متأخرة من الليل واحتجزوه باحدى الشقق المفروشة بمنطقة الهرم، وقاموا باطلاق الرصاص عليه في اليوم التالي لاختطافه بعد ان تعرض لعمليات التعذيب، وقد حاول المتهمون فرض مخطط ارهابي يهدف الى اثارة الذعر بين الجماهير، حيث قاموا بتدبير وتنفيذ حوادث الانفجارات الثلاثة التي وقعت بسينما سفنكس بالعجوزة وميدان العتبة ومعهد الموسيقى العربية مما اسفر عن اصابة بعض المواطنين الابرياء.
كما اعدوا لارتكاب سلسلة من حوادث تفجير اخرى في بعض اماكن التجمعات الجماهيرية، ومنها موقف الاوتوبيس بميدان التحرير بالقاهرة وبعض محافظات الجمهورية، كما اعدوا لاختطاف واغتيال عدد آخر من الشخصيات المهمة والمسؤولين بالدولة واستهدفوا تغيير نظم الدولة، وضبطت لديهم كميات كبيرة من المتفجرات والاسلحة».

ويسرد قصته مع الجماعة في لحظة مبايعته «للأخ شكري» في يونيو 1976 الى الولوج في افكاره وتسخير الجماعة في ضرب الحركات الإسلامية، ثم قتال المرتدين ومرحلة اجهاض الجماعة الى الاعتكاف الذي فرضته الجماعة على نفسها، الى الزواج الغريب وبلقيس الحركة الإسلامية، ومنع الصلاة على شهداء الحركة الإسلامية وأسلوب الجماعة واتهام الإخوان المسلمين بالخيانة العظمى، اولئك الذين أسلموهم لجلاديهم والمشانق والسجون. وفي فصل بعنوان «فقدان الوعي ولعبة قتل الذهبي» يقول: «ان لعبة خطف وقتل الدكتور الذهبي التي أعد لها الشيخ شكري الشقق المفروشة، وخبأ أمرها عني وعمن يحبونه، قد وضعت عنق الشيخ شكري نفسه على حافة حبل المشنقة، وسجنت النساء والرجال وأهانت الجميع، بل وأدت الدعوة، ووأدت بلاغ الحق المرتكز على الكفر والإيمان، وعوقت الجماعة المسلمة التي نشأت في محض التوكل على الله، وانتكست في محض حلق اللحى، واحلال فلسفة الحركة البشرية محل الحركة الربانية في الحركة الاسلامية، محض تأسيس اخلاق القيادة على كتاب الامير لميكيافيللي الذي تربى عليه كل الساسة في العالم، محل الخلق النبوي والسياسة الربانية وسنن الله الثابتة في امرة الناس».
الاهمال
لقد اصر الشيخ شكري على اهمال التاريخ الاسلامي، واعتبار عصور الفقهاء منذ القرن الرابع للهجرة حتى نهاية الخلافة العثمانية عصور كفر وشرك وعبادة لصنم التقليد، مما اوقعه في تصادم مع امر الله تبارك وتعالى «تلك امة قد خلت لها ما كسبت ولكم ما كسبتم ولا تسألون عما كانوا يعملون».
وفي نهاية الكتاب يورد اللحظات الحاسمة بتنفيذ حكم الاعدام في قتلة الدكتور الذهبي يوم 30 مارس 1978 ولكن من المفيد قبل هذا العرض ايراد بعض الافكار التي آمنت بها الجماعة وزعيمها شكري.
1- ان كل المجتمعات القائمة مجتمعات جاهلة وكافرة قطعا.
2- رفض كل ما يأخذون من اقوال الائمة والاجماع وسائر ما تسميه الاصنام الاخرى كالقياس.
3- الالتزام بجماعة المسلمين ركن اساسي كي يكون المسلم مسلما، ورفض ما ابتدعوه من تقاليد وما رخصوا لانفسهم فيه وقد اسلموا امرهم الى الطاغوت وهو الحكم بغير ما انزل الله.
4- المسلم الذي يفارق جماعة المسلمين كافر.
5- الاسلام الحق هو الذي تتبناه «جماعة المسلمين». اما المشهد العام في آخر يوم في حياة «الجماعة» فقد كان كما نقلته جريدة «الاخبار» عام 1978 بالشكل التالي: «تم تنفيذ حكم الاعدام شنقا بسجن الاستئناف بالقاهرة في خمسة من قيادات جماعة التكفير والهجرة الذين خطفوا ونفذوا عملية خطف واغتيال الشهيد المرحوم الدكتور محمد حسين الذهبي وزير الاوقاف السابق، وهم.. شكري احمد مصطفى، واحمد طارق عبدالعليم، وانور مأمون صقر، وماهر عبدالعزيز بكري، ومصطفى عبدالمقصود غازي.
وقد تلا منطوق الحكم والتهم الموجهة الى كل من المتهمين الخمسة، مأمور سجن الاستئناف، وحضر تنفيذ الحكم ممثلو النيابة العسكرية والنيابة العامة والطب الشرعي ومصلحة السجون.
وبدأ التنفيذ اولا بالمتهم شكري احمد مصطفى، ثم المتهم ماهر عبدالعزيز بكري، ثم المتهم احمد طارق عبدالعليم، ثم المتهم انور مأمون صقر، ثم المتهم مصطفى عبدالمقصود غازي.
وقد خيم على المتهمين الخمسة وجوم شديد فور سماعهم بالحكم، وكان اكثرهم انهيارا المتهم الاول شكري احمد مصطفى الذي تمتم بكلمات غير مفهومة وبصوت منخفض، وكان زائع العينين قليل الكلام. استمر نبض المتهمين عقب تنفيذ الحكم فيهم من ثلاث الى خمس دقائق.
وكانت المحكمة العسكرية العليا قد اصدرت حكمها باعدام المتهمين الخمسة بعد محاكمة علنية في 30 نوفمبر 1977- وتصدق على الحكم - لقيامهم بالتخطيط والاعداد والتنفيذ لاغتيال الشهيد الدكتور محمد حسين الذهبي وزير الاوقاف السابق واحد علماء المسلمين في اوائل شهر يوليو 1977، وقد قام المتهمون باختطافه اثناء وجوده بين افراد اسرته في ساعة متأخرة من الليل واحتجزوه باحدى الشقق المفروشة بمنطقة الهرم، وقاموا باطلاق الرصاص عليه في اليوم التالي لاختطافه بعد ان تعرض لعمليات التعذيب، وقد حاول المتهمون فرض مخطط ارهابي يهدف الى اثارة الذعر بين الجماهير، حيث قاموا بتدبير وتنفيذ حوادث الانفجارات الثلاثة التي وقعت بسينما سفنكس بالعجوزة وميدان العتبة ومعهد الموسيقى العربية مما اسفر عن اصابة بعض المواطنين الابرياء.
كما اعدوا لارتكاب سلسلة من حوادث تفجير اخرى في بعض اماكن التجمعات الجماهيرية، ومنها موقف الاوتوبيس بميدان التحرير بالقاهرة وبعض محافظات الجمهورية، كما اعدوا لاختطاف واغتيال عدد آخر من الشخصيات المهمة والمسؤولين بالدولة واستهدفوا تغيير نظم الدولة، وضبطت لديهم كميات كبيرة من المتفجرات والاسلحة».

Ok, I didnt have time earlier to say what I wanted to say about the two incidents, Um Alhaiman and Hawalli, and everything else in between….I will say what I have in mind in no specific order.
First of all, I nominate the Ministry of (mis)Information to be blown up by the terrorists! They would be doing everyone a favour! What kind of a country is this when everyone in the country gets more useful information via sms than from the news?!?!
I hear about Um Alhaiman, I turn to KTV1 (foolishly hoping they would shed some light on whatever happened), and I get some fat mu7ajaba actress crying in a Kuwaiti soap opera, with her husband standing on the spiral stairway staring at her angrily.
Switch to KTV2, some really crappy show with graphics from the 80’s …. switch to KTV3, “مباراة مختارة” show with an ancient handball game.
WTF!?! What the hell is wrong with these people??? 70% of the country heard about something happening in Um Alhaiman, and with the amazing KTV, things are as normal as possible. Switch to Aljazeera, and u get information within 1 minute.
And then what the hell is up with all this hush hush business?? Remember how they arrested the guy from AlArabiya who gave wrong information about something that happened?? They said that this increases rumors, which is a great threat to our counrty…….REALLLYYY???? And I guess people hearing gunshots every night in the area, and NOTHING being said officially will make rumors less?? EVERYBODY in Qurtoba and Yarmouk heard the gunshots 3 nights ago, followed by sirens, apparently there was a wild car chase in Surra and Qurtoba, more shooting in Yarmouk, another car chase in Nuzha, and the list just keeps getting longer….. Im obviously not saying that all of that must’ve happened, but what Im saying is when nothing officially comes up, thats just like giving everyone a license to spread rumors!
They think we are kids who will panic and create chaos if they told us that the danger is closer than we think! Something else that really pissed me off was the New Year celebration cancellations. Cancelling them for no reason pissed me off, but then a week later we find out that there were threats and thats why they cancelled them……WHY THE HELL didnt they tell people that??? are they idiots?? Thank God nothing happened, but what if something did happeb? Lets say a bomb went off in Salmiya killing many people, what would the government say? “oops, sorry we didnt want to tell u about the threats and scare u?”
And then the shooting in Hawalli happens and so many people are surprised that something like that would happen in our safe haven! If the government knows of a threat, or even suspects a threat, isnt it their duty to tell the people??
Back to Hawalli…..two young men go into the car rental office to apprehend a dangerous suspect, without protection from outside or bulletproof vests. They get shot, by the support the terrorist had from outside! If the terrorists are more careful and organized than our amn dawla, how the hell are we supposed to feel safe?? And then, how the hell does the car easily slip away?? At night sometimes I hear a helicopter hovering around the area, they couldnt use that? Use the one for traffic? Or even call baba 7amad suba7 ala7mad and use his personal one!
Then again to Um Alhaiman…..our forces kill one terrorist, right?? WRONG!! Even the one terrorist who died from all the incidents actually died because he fell on his head after falling from the garage roof! That is just incredible!! And then they proudly show images of him lying dead on the floor showing off at their valiant effort! Hold on….let me get this straight, so the special forces were there, they actually went into the house, and they had the area closed, and they had a helicopter there this time, but still SIX terrorists managed to escape??? Absolutely a JOKE!!
And then you get the minister of interior on tv smiling all the time, as if he’s living in la la land. He also said after the Hawalli thing that this might be an incident from individuals and “حالة شاذة” and not a tantheeem. After Um Alhaiman, we hear officially that they might be related…..laaaaaaaaaaaa, min sij umkum????
If I were the terrorists, I would be laughing my ass off, thinking this is way too easy, alot easier than they thought!
I would like to end this rant with my favourite headline of the week, from AlQabas today in the front page saying:
Wallaaaaa “شر البلية ما يضحك” o Alla ya7my liq8 o ahal liq8 min kil shar, o again please remember, this is a war that is happening inside Kuwait, I honestly predicted this will happen many years ago, even before the Iraq war, that the Islamists will eventually have enough power and base of followers to attempt some kind of complete takeover of the country.
I hope we learn from what happened in Algeria, when exactly hal jama3aat went into the streets with swords and started killing people a few years ago and holding the Quran in another hand. In Saudi its happening now on a daily basis you hear about acts and government responses, and much more we dont even hear about. In Iraq the situation is beyond reason.
