In any other place in the world, this sight is very rarely seen, in Kuwait, its just part of the daily driving scene, everybody has seen many many of these terrible things……sad, but true!

have you ever seen the divider in the middle and looked at how many scratches there are??? its a lot

yeah on my way from work there are two spots where they are cementing the wall again bcz its broke!! can u believe that someone actually broke the barrier?!
